[WATCH] Rappler Live Jam: Kremesoda

MANILA, Philippines – Kremesoda is bringing their special brand of alternative rock music to Rappler HQ.

The band first came together in an attempt to win a high school Battle of the Bands competition. The band – which includes Toots Orosa, Lan de Lara, Duds Mitra, and Hosh Doming – didn’t win, but they kept the band together, and joined the Ateneo Musicians’ Pool in 2017.

Since then, they’ve played everywhere from bars to bazaars around the metro. They then recorded their first EP, Out of Range, which they launched at Route 196 in January 2018.

In 2019, they joined the San Miguel Wanderbattle, emerging in the top 4. From there, they performed at events such as Satchmi Vinyl Day, and appeared on radio and TV shows on Monster RX 93.1, Myx, Rakista Radio, and the Wish Bus.
