MANILA, Philippines – Dennis Uy’s Udenna Corporation and its subsidiary Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corporation confirmed on Wednesday, November 7, that they have partnered with China Telecommunications Corporation (China Telecom) to bid for the 3rd major telecommunications player slot.
