MANILA, Philippines – Listed property developer Megaworld Corporation‘s subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Incorporated (GERI) will be opening a P2.1-billion hotel at its Boracay Newcoast property in August.
In a regulatory filing, Megaworld said the three-tower Belmont Hotel Boracay will house 442 rooms, ranging from 27 square meters (sqm) to 52 sqm. The hotel will also have rooms to accommodate persons with disability.
Aside from Belmont Hotel, Megaworld already has its Savoy Hotel Boracay in the 150-hectare property.
