LOOK: Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino reveals final 10 movies in the festival

MANILA, Philippines — Organizers of Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino 2019 announced the titles of the 7 new films to complete the lineup of the film festival set to open this coming September.

The new films will join the first 3 opuses announced early this year — The Panti Sisters, Cuddle Weather, and LSS (Last Song Syndrome).

 

Of the 7 new films, 3 will be shown in the category called Sandaan Showcase. These are:

Circa

Starring: Anita Linda, Gina Alajar, Laurice Guillen, Jaclyn Jose, Elizabeth Oropesa, Ricky Davao, Enchong Dee, with the special participation of Eddie Garcia

Directed by : Adolfo Borinaga Alix, Jr.

 

Lola Igna

Starring: Yves Flores, Maria Isabel Lopez, Meryll Soriano, and Ms Angie Ferro

Directed by: Eduardo Roy Jr.

Pagbabalik

Starring: Gloria Sevilla, Suzette Ranillo, and Vince Ranillo

Directed by: Hubert Tibi and Maria S. Ranillo
