MANILA, Philippines – Philippines will be hosting this year’s  Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management

Set on Wednesday, June 4, and scheduled to end on Friday, June 6, ASEM is a gathering of government officials, disaster managers, business leaders, scientists, and members of non-government agencies from 36 Asian and European participating countries. 

In this forum, delegates will discuss ways to innovate existing disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) policies and practices by integrating and applying new technology and innovations.
